Service Fees
Here's a quick overview of our mobile notary service fees. Keep in mind that these are estimates, and the final cost may vary based on your specific location and requirements.

| Medium Distance (10-20 miles) | ~$70-$130 travel fee depending on region/time |
| Longer Distance (>20 miles) or rural/remote travel | $100+ travel fee or flat rate plus per‐mile surcharge (e.g., $1.10/mi) |
| After‐hours / weekend / holiday travel | Additional surcharge: e.g., +$30 – $60 or more beyond standard travel fee |
*Per-signature fees of $5 per notarial signature are in accordance with Minnesota state law.
*Additional charges are shown in my services and fees breakdown. They are a separate charge from the notarial acts themselves as per Minnesota State law the maximum for each notarial signature/act is $5 a piece.
